1. Beat butter until smooth.
2. Add in sugar and beat until fully blended.
3. Beat in your egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract.
4. In a seperate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cornstarch.
5. Slowly begin to mix dry ingredients in with your wet ingredients. Add a little at a time. Mix until dough is formed..
6. Add in your chocolate chips and/or sprinkles. Mix together.
7. Spread evenly in a 9 inch pan and bake in 350° oven for 25 minutes.
